Training Curriculum

TrAMS Camp & Consulting training sessions will be tailored to the business needs of individual recipients. Trainings may include the following topics:

  • Getting set up in TrAMS and logging on.

  • Keeping your account active.

  • Managing organizational information.

  • Developing applications.

  • Submitting applications and executing awards.

  • Now what? Understanding the FTA application review process.

  • Federal Financial Reporting.

  • Milestone Progress Reporting.

  • Drawing down funds from awards.

  • Budget revisions.

  • Amendments to add additional funds.

  • Administrative amendments (such as extending the period of performance).

  • Closing out awards.

  • Submitting Civil Rights Program information.

  • Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Reporting.

  • Understanding and using TrAMS data.

Free Pilot Trainings

TrAMS Camp & Consulting will offer a limited number of pilot trainings at no cost in November/December 2024. Training slots are currently full. To request a spot on our waitlist, contact us at connect@tramscamp.com

Training and consulting prices will be announced once the training program is finalized. We anticipate offering a variety of training packages at different rates and discounted rates for tribal transit recipients and transit agencies operating in small urban and rural areas. Prices will be within the micro-purchase threshold specified in federal acquisition regulations.
